Following on from the success of Huevo Frito, Its founder Carlos Gurrea created the food commodities division to enable the import and export of products across the globe .   

I was born in London to a Spanish mother and an English father. I am bilingual in Spanish and, English and can also communicate in French, Italian and Portuguese.

I consider myself to be a person of honour with high values which is vital to survival in the modern-day world.  I am efficient and tenacious in business and do not waste time. I believe in direct communication and the ability to listen. I have worked in the UK, Spain and Colombia and have travelled extensively. I have always been able to connect easily with people of other nationalities. I have long-standing acquaintances who trust my word and ability to act.

I am willing to adapt and learn and thus avoid over complication. I believe in a healthy mind and body which help in any situation where important decisions are involved.
